i checked out madebyjohnny.com, the design just didn’t really pull me in. it’s clean and easy enough to look at, but it feels a bit too simple, like the page is missing some personality.
there are a few parts that look neat, but overall it felt kind of flat and not that fun to browse. i was expecting a little more style or a better sense of visual balance. it’s not bad, just not really my taste.

I used madebyjohnny.com mostly for the documentation, i’ve got to admit it was useful. I was expecting to have to poke around a lot more, but most of the steps were laid out clearly enough that I could get through what I needed without much hassle.

That said, a few sections could definitely use more detail, especially around setup and those little edge cases that always seem to come up. Still, as much as I hate to give docs too much credit, these did save me time. Solid 4 stars.

I pulled up Made by Johnny on my phone and, it was just a pleasant experience. I’ve been using madebyjohnny.com for website updates and general maintenance, and so far it’s been a good experience. Most of the little changes I send over seem to get handled quickly, usually without a ton of back and forth.

There were maybe one or two times where I had to explain what I meant again, so I wasn’t totally sure if we were on the same page at first. But in the end, they figured it out and got the work done, so it wasn’t really a big issue.

Overall, I’m happy with the service. I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely perfect, but it’s reliable enough and definitely saves me a lot of time.

I ran into a strange issue after installing one of the themes where a few sections just didn’t look right on mobile. I reached out to support and heard back the next day, which gave me the impression they were at least taking it seriously.

They looked into it and sent over a fix that was easy to follow. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but reading between the lines, it seemed like they actually checked the problem instead of just sending a generic reply. It worked in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.
